I was so excited to finally photograph this Game of Thrones Inspired shoot with my friend Cait and her “dire wolf,” Willow in Abbott, Maine. Our shoot took place at the beautiful Barrows Falls about 20 minutes from my studio in Dover-Foxcroft. Sometimes I just love to do shoots that are for my own creative fueling, and I am always so fulfilled afterwards. It’s harder to squeeze them in during my busy wedding and senior season, so I try to do one every chance I get! You can view another one of my “just for fun” shoots from this winter, here. Cait and my friend Shaylee from Bangor Hair Co. put together her awesome Sansa inspired look. We paired that with some sweet Amazon finds for wardrobe and headed to the woods. Cait, Willow and I were the only ones at the falls that day, so nobody else got to witness Game of Thrones in Abbott, Maine besides us unfortunately. We kept joking about what some fisherman passing by would think of us out in the middle of nowhere! Game of Thrones has been my favorite show for years and I am so sad to see it end! Who else is watching the finale tonight and who do you want to see on the throne? I cannot wait!
